Peroxidase?
Peroxidase (horseradish) is one of the most widely used marker enzymes in ELISA, mainly because it is easy to produce, relatively low price, stable in nature, heat resistant and organic solvent, and little activity loss after coupling with antigens or antibodies.

Application
Peroxidase has been studied as a food additive in recent years. Because of its non-toxic and harmless itself, reaction condition temperature, reaction easy to control, in recent years has been studied for food preservation and detection and other fields.
