1.Optical brightener ER 330is mainly used for whitening and brightening of blending fabrics such as polyester and polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester yarn, polyester ramie and polyester wool etc.
2.Optical brightener ER 330 can also apply to whitening of chemical fiber, plastic and artificial leather.

1.When Optical brightener ER 330 is used in Pad Dyeing Process:
ER 330: 1.5-3g/l,
Process flow: Two Dip dyeing And Two Pad dyeing(mangle expression 70%)---100ºC---Pre-Dyeing---180-190ºC---Curing For 40-30s For Setting
2.When optical brightener ER 330 is used in high Temperature And high Pressure Dip-Dyeing:
ER 330: 0.15-0.45(o.w.f.), Bath Ratio: 1:10~20, Ph 4.5-5.5, Keeping Dyeing Temperature At 120-130ºC For 30-60 Min.
3.When optical brightener ER 330 is used in Low Temperature Absorbing & Fixing Dip-Dyeing:
ER 330: 0.3-0.7(o.w.f.), Bath Ratio 1:10~20, Ph 4.5-5.5, Keeping Dyeing Temperature At 50-60ºC For 20-30 Min-washing-dehydration and pre-dyeing (100ºC)-setting and baking(180-190ºC,40-30s)
