Responsibilities
Responsible for talent acquisition planning and implementation. Provide talent acquisition solution based on business development needs.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall company policies and standards.
Contribution to global talent acquisition Projects by conducting risk assessments, expecting these outcomes to form a robust foundation for supporting a more effective decision-making process and serving as the basis for change management action plans.
Maintain hiring tracker and ensure the correctness of hiring related data.
Create hiring related report for different business needs on regular base.






Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Laws, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years’ work experience preferably in talent acquisition related function, experience as headhunter is welcomed. Has oversea recruitment experience is a must.
High proficiency with all office professional software (excel, power point and word, etc.)
Fluent Chinese and business English (written and spoken).
Personal competencies: process and customer orientation, problem-solving skills, cooperation, communication and coordination skills, economically efficient acting, engagement & self-initiative and responsible.
