Product scope:
The electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of two parts: a sensor and a converter. It works based on Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction. This product has almost no pressure loss, and the measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. The range ratio is wide and is the most ideal instrument for measuring the volume flow of liquids with a conductivity greater than 5μS /cm.
It is widely used in metallurgy, petrochemicals, energy, municipal, environmental protection, medicine, food and beverage, nuclear industry and other industries.

1)There is no obstruction of flow and moving parts in the measurement pipe, so no additional energy loss or clogging will be caused. The energy-saving effect is significant. It is especially suitable for measurement of liquid-solid two-phase flows such as sewage, slurry, slurry, coal-water slurry, pulp, etc.
2)Only the lining and electrode are in contact with the medium to be measured. As long as the lining and electrode materials are properly selected, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be achieved. Therefore, various chemical solutions such as strong acids and strong bases can be measured.
3)The installation requirements are low. The front straight pipe section only needs 5D and the rear straight pipe section is 2D(D is the inner diameter of the selected instrument).
4)The measurement accuracy is high, reaching ± 0.2% of the indicated value, and the flow in both forward and reverse directions can be measured.
5)The instrument adopts dual-frequency excitation method, which is not affected by power frequency, and works stably and reliably.
6)The meter power consumption is small, less than 20VA.
7)The converter has good interchangeability and no need to re-perform real-flow labeling
